- 900 grams Baby (or small) potatoes (Cut in half)
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 170 grams Parmesan (Finely grated)
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Thyme (Fresh or dried)
- 1 tsp Rosemary (Fresh or dried)
- ½ tsp Paprika (Optional - use, omit or replace with a flavour of your choice)
Prep
Pre heat the oven to 220℃
Rinse and half the potatoes. Place them in a large bowl
Weigh/ Measure the ingredients
To Make
To the potatoes add half of the oil, the garlic powder, dried herbs and paprika (if using). Stir well
Sprinkle ¾ of the parmesan evenly across the base of the glass baking dish or roasting pan
One by one, place the potatoes cut side down into the cheese. Fill up one layer of the dish/ tray, packing in the potato
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Cook for approximately 30 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven to cool for 5 minutes
