- 800 grams Persian cucumber (Thinly sliced)
- 200 grams Red radishes (Thinly sliced)
- ½ small White cabbage (Thinly sliced)
- ½ small Red cabbage (Thinly sliced)
- 120 grams Fresh dill (Finely chopped)
- 50 ml Apple vinegar (Or a vinegar of your choice)
- 120 ml Olive oil
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Sugar
Prep
Weigh/ measure your ingredients
Prepare you vegetables as suggested. Use a mandolin, if you have one, for a more professional look or slice as finely as possible with a sharp knife
To Make
Place the cucumber, radish and cabbage in one bowl. In the other bowl place the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and stir well to coat
Cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes or until needed
