Ingredients
  

  • 800 grams Persian cucumber (Thinly sliced)
  • 200 grams Red radishes (Thinly sliced)
  • ½ small White cabbage (Thinly sliced)
  • ½ small Red cabbage (Thinly sliced)
  • 120 grams Fresh dill (Finely chopped)
  • 50 ml Apple vinegar (Or a vinegar of your choice)
  • 120 ml Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Sugar

Instructions
 

Prep

  • Weigh/ measure your ingredients
  • Prepare you vegetables as suggested. Use a mandolin, if you have one, for a more professional look or slice as finely as possible with a sharp knife

To Make

  • Place the cucumber, radish and cabbage in one bowl. In the other bowl place the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired
  • Pour the dressing over the vegetables and stir well to coat
  • Cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes or until needed

To Serve

  • Serve as a side salad, a topping for burgers or as part of a mezze sharing platter
