- 1 Mandolin (Optional)
Ingredients
- 800 grams Persian cucumber (Thinly sliced)
- 200 grams Red radishes (Thinly sliced)
- ½ small White cabbage (Thinly sliced)
- ½ small Red cabbage (Thinly sliced)
- 120 grams Fresh dill (Finely chopped)
- 50 ml Apple vinegar (Or a vinegar of your choice)
- 120 ml Olive oil
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Sugar
Instructions
Prep
- Weigh/ measure your ingredients
- Prepare you vegetables as suggested. Use a mandolin, if you have one, for a more professional look or slice as finely as possible with a sharp knife
To Make
- Place the cucumber, radish and cabbage in one bowl. In the other bowl place the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and stir well to coat
- Cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes or until needed
